Aysha Danesh is one of Bahrain’s distinguished figures in coaching and corporate training. She has successfully combined leadership thinking with a spirit of human development, creating a unique path in empowering both individuals and institutions.
With her deep passion for development and her inspiring, interactive approach, Aisha has become one of the pioneering coaches in Bahrain, leaving a clear mark on the field of professional coaching and training.
She is a certified professional coach in Co-Active Coaching and a corporate trainer with over 13 years of practical experience in human capital development. Aisha has worked with major institutions in both the public and private sectors within Bahrain and abroad, including the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Labour, in addition to several national and regional companies.
She is also the first Bahraini coach to produce and host her own television program on Bahrain TV, combining coaching with community dialogue in a unique media experience. The program aims to open constructive discussions on social and personal development issues and to promote a culture of empowerment and self-growth in Bahraini society.
