1- Introduction
Welcome to the Shabab Times website, operated by Shabab Times Media (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website and the utilization of the services provided by Shabab Times Media through it or through its approved platforms and channels, including, but not limited to, Shabab Times Figures services, media coverage, publication of news and media content, training, photography, advertising and publicity, and other services provided by Shabab Times Media.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the “Beneficiary” means any person or entity that uses the Website, requests, subscribes to, or benefits from any of the services of Shabab Times Media.

The Beneficiary may use their own materials published through Shabab Times for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed or where rights are owned by another party.
5- Services
Shabab Times Media provides a range of media, electronic, and creative services, including, but not limited to, Shabab Times Figures services, media coverage, publication of news and content, reports and interview filming, training support, photography and videography, advertising and publicity, and other services.
The nature, benefits, fees, duration, and implementation mechanism of each service vary according to the selected service or package and what is agreed upon with the Beneficiary.

8- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Shabab Times Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Website or services or the inability to use them, except where otherwise provided by applicable laws.

10- Content and Materials Submitted by Beneficiaries
When submitting any data, information, news, articles, images, videos, recordings, documents, designs, or media or advertising materials to Shabab Times Media, the person submitting them acknowledges the accuracy of the information provided, that they have the right to submit, use, and publish such materials, and that such materials do not infringe the rights of any other party.
The person submitting the materials shall be responsible for the accuracy and legality of the materials submitted to Shabab Times Media.
The Beneficiary also authorizes Shabab Times Media, within the scope of the purpose for which the materials were submitted and the nature of the service, to use, edit, prepare, publish, and republish the submitted materials through its Website, platforms, accounts, and media and advertising materials for the purposes of providing the service, publication, media coverage, publicity, advertising, marketing, and promotion.
Shabab Times Media reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any material that conflicts with its publication policy, these Terms and Conditions, or applicable laws and regulations.
11- Advertising and Revenues
The Shabab Times Website, platforms, and content may include advertisements, sponsorships, or other means of generating revenue.
The user or Beneficiary shall not be entitled to claim any returns, profits, or percentage of revenues generated from advertising, sponsorship, or any means of generating revenue associated with the Shabab Times Website, its platforms, or content published through them, unless there is a written agreement expressly providing otherwise.
Revenues generated from advertising, sponsorship, and other means of generating revenue shall belong to Shabab Times Media, subject to any contractual rights agreed upon with other parties.
12- Security and Prevention of Misuse
Unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, or accounts is prohibited, as is attempting to test or exploit security vulnerabilities without authorization, inserting malicious code, files, or software, using robots or automated tools to collect data without authorization, or misusing the services or electronic systems of Shabab Times.

13- Fees and Payment
The fees for each service are determined according to its nature, the selected package, the offer, or the approved agreement between Shabab Times Media and the Beneficiary.
Payment of the required fees or installment, depending on the nature of the service and the agreement, constitutes approval to commence the procedures for implementing the service in accordance with the agreed terms and benefits.
Where applicable, the fees include preparation, planning, setup, coordination, administrative, electronic, media, and creative customization, and other work and procedures necessary for providing the service.
14- Cancellation and Refunds
14.1 If the Beneficiary requests cancellation of or withdrawal from the service voluntarily and without any breach by Shabab Times Media of its obligations, whether the request is made in writing, verbally, electronically, or through any means of communication approved by Shabab Times, and at any stage of the implementation of the service, such cancellation or withdrawal shall not result in a refund of the fees paid or any part thereof, including where preparation, planning, setup, or implementation of the service has commenced, whether wholly or partially, or where the service has not been utilized or completed at the request of the Beneficiary.
14.2 For subscription-based services, the date of payment of the subscription fees shall be deemed the commencement date of the subscription and the commencement of the preparation and setup of the service, unless another date is agreed upon. The subscription shall be personal and may not be transferred, assigned, or have the rights or benefits arising therefrom transferred to another person or entity unless Shabab Times Media agrees otherwise.
14.3 Where any service or package includes additional free years, periods, or benefits, such years, periods, or benefits shall be considered complimentary benefits associated with the service or package, and the Beneficiary shall not be entitled to request their replacement, transfer, or monetary compensation.
14.4 The Beneficiary acknowledges and agrees to the right of Shabab Times Media to reject, suspend, cancel, or terminate the service or subscription if Shabab Times Media determines, based on the information or data available to it, that the Beneficiary is associated with any act, conduct, or activity that may offend the Islamic religion, the nation, the leadership, individuals, or institutions; prejudice honor, trustworthiness, or integrity; violate the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain; or harm the reputation, standing, or credibility of Shabab Times Media, following an assessment of the circumstances and the taking of an appropriate decision. In such case, the suspension, cancellation, or termination of the service shall not result in a refund of the fees paid or any part thereof.
15- Service Schedules and Implementation
Services shall be implemented according to the nature of each service and the schedules or stages agreed upon with the Beneficiary.
Certain services may require the Beneficiary to provide information, documents, images, materials, approvals, or specify dates necessary for implementation, and the Beneficiary shall provide the required items in a timely manner.
Shabab Times Media shall not be responsible for delays resulting from the Beneficiary's delay in providing the data, materials, approvals, or requirements necessary for implementing the service.
16- Publication and Editorial Policy
Shabab Times Media reserves the right to manage, edit, and organize content published through its Website and platforms in accordance with its editorial and professional policies.
It may refuse to publish, modify, or remove any content that it considers to conflict with its editorial policy, professional standards, these Terms and Conditions, or the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Payment of fees for any service, where the service is paid, shall not constitute an obligation to publish content that conflicts with the laws, publication policy, or professional standards adopted by Shabab Times Media.
17- Force Majeure and Emergency Circumstances
If the provision of the service becomes impossible or is delayed, wholly or partially, due to force majeure or emergency circumstances beyond the control of Shabab Times Media, including natural disasters, official decisions or measures, general technical failures, interruption of internet or telecommunications services, or any similar circumstances that make implementation of the service impossible, such circumstances shall not constitute a breach by Shabab Times Media of its obligations.
The provision of the service shall resume or its implementation shall be rescheduled once such circumstances cease and implementation becomes possible, according to the nature of the service and the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
18- Suspension or Discontinuation of the Website and Services
Shabab Times Media may carry out maintenance, updates, or development work on the Website or its systems and electronic services, which may result in the temporary suspension of certain services.
It may also modify, develop, or replace certain features or technical means used in providing its services, provided that this does not prejudice rights established by law or existing contractual obligations.

The user or Beneficiary agrees that communications concerning services, requests, or transactions may be made through the communication methods and information provided or used by them in dealings with Shabab Times Media, including electronic forms, email, telephone, and approved electronic communication methods.
Requests, correspondence, notices, and information submitted or exchanged through electronic forms or approved communication methods shall be considered related to the service or transaction, according to the nature of each service or request.
20- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising from the use of the Website or services or relating to these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the jurisdictional rules prescribed by law.
