September 2023 - Present: Director, Center for Excellence in Teaching and Leadership - University of Bahrain.

  • Focuses on developing teaching and leadership skills for academic staff at the University of Bahrain and across the higher education sector in Bahrain and the region.

May 2013 – Present: Assistant Professor, Department of Information Systems, College of Information Technology - University of Bahrain

  • Teaching courses in Information Systems, supervising final-year student projects, coordinating IS courses, mentoring and lecturing academic staff in postgraduate academic education programs, managing administrative tasks across committees, and conducting research in IT-related topics.
