Dr. Muneera Mubarak AlFadel is recognized for her strong ethics, self-confidence, and dedication. Academic Qualifications:

  • PhD in Constitutional Law - University of Bahrain, College of Law. Thesis: “Constitutional Protection of the Principle of Equality: A Comparative Study” - Graduated with Distinction.
  • Master’s Degree in Public Law, specializing in Constitutional Law - University of Applied Sciences. Thesis: “The Relationship Between Legislative and Executive Authorities: A Comparative Study” - Graduated with Distinction.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law - University of Bahrain, First Cohort (1999).

Professional Experience:

Dr. AlFadel began her career as a trainee lawyer, followed by positions at the Supreme Council for Women and as Legal Advisor at the Information & eGovernment Authority. She later became Head of Legal Affairs and served as a part-time lecturer at the University of Bahrain. In 2023, by Royal Decree No. 20, issued by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, she was appointed Director of Human Resources & Finance at the Information & eGovernment Authority.
