Mashael founded JEO Capital, a Bahrain-based boutique advisory firm that provides tailored financial solutions and business development strategies to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. The firm specializes in deal structuring, negotiations, and strategic advisory services.

Renowned for her ability to design and close complex, high-value transactions, Mashael has built a strong reputation as one of the leading dealmakers in the region. Her deep understanding of market dynamics and her expertise in developing bespoke, growth-driven financial strategies have made her a trusted advisor for clients across the MENA region and beyond.
