‏Noor BuAli

Ms. Buali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Accounting, from Bahrain College, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - United States.

She currently serves as Executive Vice President for Tax Operations and Compliance at the National Revenue Authority, and as Vice Chair of the Tender & Bidding Board. Throughout her career, she has held several key positions in both the public and private sectors.

With over 15 years of extensive experience in external auditing and operations management, she previously served as:

• Director of Operations & Auditing - National Revenue Authority.
• Head of Tenders Department - Tender & Bidding Board.
• Audit Supervisor - Office of the Financial & Administrative Control.
• Senior Auditor - Audit & Business Advisory Services, Ernst & Young Bahrain.

Ms. Bouali has also led panel discussions at the Government Forum in 2017 and 2018 and participated in the First Cohort of the Deputy Prime Minister’s National Talent Development Program (2015-2016).

She was awarded the “Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit” in 2021, recognizing her outstanding contributions to public service.
