Sheikha Yusuf, Founder and CEO of SY Consulting, brings over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She has held leadership positions at the Office of the Financial & Administrative Control, where her responsibilities included auditing and oversight of government entities and state-owned companies, such as the Ministry of Industry & Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Electricity & Water Authority, eGovernment Authority, Labour Market Regulatory Authority, Shura Council, Bapco, Bahrain International Circuit, and Alba. This experience has provided her with extensive expertise across multiple sectors, including infrastructure project planning and management, IT systems projects, sales, procurement and inventory management, as well as economic, social, and environmental matters.

Driven by her passion for entrepreneurship, Sheikha Yousif founded SY Consulting with the vision of becoming one of Bahrain’s leading advisory firms. The company focuses on exceeding client expectations and has successfully served strategic clients such as Al-Mamlaka Group, Dadabai Holding, Amal Fund, Biban, Talabat, Al-Fozan Group, and Reef Island.
