Khaled Shaheen Receives the "AimHigh Star" Award for His Contributions to Aviation Security

Khaled Shaheen was presented with the flydubai AimHigh Star award in recognition of his outstanding performance and impactful contributions in 2025.

The award represents the company's highest performance recognition and is presented to the top 0.4% of employees across the organization.

His work extends across more than 140 airports worldwide, where he has contributed to evaluating and enhancing aviation security measures, helping strengthen security standards and operational excellence throughout the network.

Khaled previously served in Bahrain, where he played a role in the opening of the new passenger terminal building in 2021 and contributed across multiple disciplines, supporting the Kingdom's aviation sector through various strategic and operational initiatives.

Today, he continues to contribute to the advancement of the aviation industry in Dubai, leading efforts to establish and strengthen international best practices in aviation security, quality, and compliance.
