The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, in cooperation with Eskan Bank, will organise a mobile housing finance branch at City Centre Bahrain, Gate 1, from September 3 to 7, 2025, between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m., to introduce housing finance options and provide consultations for citizens.

Haitham Mohammed Kamal, Director of Communications at the ministry, said the initiative, now in its fourth edition, aims to raise awareness of housing finance services as immediate options that help citizens select housing and financing solutions suited to their needs. He noted that previous editions had seen strong participation, with the branch offering direct consultations and immediate responses to citizens’ inquiries.

He added that the ministry continues to promote awareness of its services through housing finance exhibitions, the Social Housing Innovation Conference and Exhibition, and awareness lectures in cooperation with ministries, institutions, companies, and members of the Council of Representatives.

Khalid Ahmed Al Khaja, Senior Manager of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Eskan Bank, said the initiative will also highlight financing options through the Digital “Baity” finance calculator, alongside social housing projects delivered under the Government Land Rights Development Programme.

He explained that the “Bayti” platform offers citizens around 13,000 properties compatible with the "Tas'heel +" and “Tas’heel” programmes, as well as the updated Mazaya programme, covering units, plots, and apartments across Bahrain. The platform also provides advanced visual tools to view property details from developers.
