Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information, attended the conclusion of a workshop organised by the ministry in cooperation with TikTok, with the participation of representatives from government and private entities in Bahrain.

The minister said the initiative reflects the ministry’s vision to advance digital transformation in communication and media, and its commitment to equipping national professionals with global tools and expertise to strengthen engagement with the public. He noted that these efforts consolidate Bahrain’s position as a regional hub for digital media and prepare it to host major events, including the Asian Youth Games (Bahrain 2025) in October.

Dr. Al Noaimi expressed hope that the skills and knowledge gained would help showcase Bahrain’s civilisational image and present the upcoming sporting event to the world in an innovative way.

Abdulrahman Khamis Al Rumaihi, Director of Creativity and Electronic Media Directorate at the Ministry of Information, said the cooperation reflects a constructive partnership with leading global platforms, creating an environment that empowers national professionals to adopt best practices in content creation. He added that such initiatives enhance Bahrain’s standing as a creative hub in digital media.
